Track Session: Athlone Institute of Technology, Wednesdays, 7.30pm (All fitness levels catered for)

 

Cycling:

Group Cycle: From Athlone Institute of Technology, Saturdays, 10am (All fitness levels catered for)

Shannonside CC Sunday Spin: From Athlone Regional Sports Centre, Sundays, 10am. (For the stronger riders)

 

Swimming:

Pool Swim Session: Athlone Regional Sports Centre, Tuesdays 9.15pm (CURRENTLY BOOKED UP)

Open Water Swim Session: Coosan Point, this session will recommence on Friday evenings in May.

We often do a cycle directly after this swim.
