How long Competing: Triathlone 2007 was the first race

Favourite Race: Loughrea is the first one i completed and is always a fav of mine. Of course any ironman race too for the sheer scale of it.

Best tri advice received: Take off ur wetsuit before getting on ur bike.

Highlights to date: Completing Ironman Austria and qualifying for the European Championships in our home town this summer.

Anything else: Im sure every other sport i did was easier than triathlon and had less pain but yet we still keep coming back. Gottalovethissh1t!!!!
