How Long competing:12 months since I started training in the club environment.

Favourite Race: Have not done enough races to give a fully qualified answer but Triathlone has to be up there and I liked the Dublin City race too.

Best tri advice received: Andrew McGuinnesses advice to get ready for the Dublin City Super Sprint Race to try qualify for the Euros in Athlone. Everybody in ATC gives good honest advice and we all seem to help each other.

Highlights to date: Qualifying in my age group in the Sprint Euro Champ race for Athlone this year, staying upright on my turbo for a full session, swimming 750m in open water, being involved in our great club and committee, being part of the fun we all have!!!!

Anything else you would like known!: Woof is actually a Poodle. Dosie will start in women only waves in races.
