How Long competing: Completed my first triathlon in 2008. It was the North Tipp Sprint. Its a great race to start off with.

Favourite Race: Tri-Athy - because its such a fast course.

Best tri advice received: Ride it like you stole it.

Highlights to date: Learning to swim  and qualifying in my age group for the Sprint European Championships  in Athlone this year.
